How do I return an item?

Customer returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Please contact us at 888-576-9227 ext 5 or for an authorization number. Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase, if in salable condition and in original packaging. Whole bean coffee is a perishable item and cannot be returned. Returns after 30 days will be charged a 20% restocking fee. We recommend that you ship your return package by a traceable method.

Damage Claims:
Please examine your order upon arrival for any discrepancies. All claims or discrepancies must be reported with in ten (10) days of receipt. Contact carrier for delivery damages. Most carriers require you to save the original shipping carton with tracking label and all packing material for inspection by the carrier. International returns may be subject to additional duties and taxes.
